Geraldina’s Couture Brings Fashion Dreams to Life

The latest collection of exquisite creations by designer Geraldina Shabani

The latest collection of exquisite creations by designer Geraldina Shabani for her signature label features her trademark attention to detail, classic silhouettes and outstanding craftsmanship.

Geraldina’s Couture brings over 25 years of high fashion and couture design experience to one-of-a-kind wedding dresses, high-end gowns for special occasions, unforgettable prom dresses, vintage designed garments, and custom-designed clothing.

A native of Albania, now based in Hartsdale, NY near New York City, Geraldina’s design message is “Bring your dream dress to life!” She has had a lifelong vision of artisan fashion, tailored to the unique and specific nature of every wearer through tasteful style and impeccable construction.

Born into a family of tailors and seamstresses, Geraldina started making her own designs as a teenager, and even designed her own wedding dress. By age 18, she managed a full staff at her uncle’s fabric business in Albania. But the Albanian civil war in the late 1990’s forced Geraldina and her family to flee to Greece, and later to move to the United States.

After moving to New York, Geraldina worked with top fashion houses including Dolce and Gabbana and Peggy Jennings Couture. Geraldina went on to launch her own successful boutique and brand catering to a growing clientele who appreciate the designer’s vision and impeccable workmanship.

Geraldina’s Couture is part of Couture Fashion Week New York’s ongoing ancillary projects to present extraordinary designers from around the world to its audiences and the international press.
