This exclusive conference is slated to take place on November 11th and 12th, 2023, at the renowned Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
CMM Agency, is a partner of the event and is a modeling and talent agency that specializes in model and talent representation and development. CMM have developed models and talent and have placed up to 30 models and actors in the US, Canada and UK with the top international agencies. Their models and talent have worked for well-known networks, movie studios, designers, brands and magazines from around the world as well as walked fashion weeks in all the major cities. Stephanie K. Nihon, co-founder of CMM and Founder of The Cays, and former elite model has given many models and actors great opportunities and bookings including placing Bahamian model, Tess Carter with the prestigious agency Society in NYC who represents the likes of Kendall Jenner, Irina Shayk and Pamela Anderson. Tess has now worked for brands such as Burberry, Zara and Louis Vuitton and can be seen on billboards around the world. Javien Rankine, lead role from the award-winning TV series Goombay Kids also scored a role in the Netflix series, The Mighty Express, through Stephanie at CMM.
